Non-violent Communication Training Session

Released In:2021-08-11

Last Monday, we held a training session on the topic of "non-violent communication".
What is "nonviolent communication"?
This is a book written by the famous writer Marshall Lucen.
"Non-violent communication" is a way of communication, according to which to talk and listen, can make people communicate with each other and live in harmony.
What is taught is that when we fade away from the hidden spiritual violence, love will naturally flow out.

The purpose of this training is to learn a new way of communication by studying the essence of this book, and to resolve interpersonal conflicts in a healing way. Through in-depth analysis of various cases, it is found that many times, people’s expressions are actually disagreeable and emotional, and usually this time will cause harm to others, will also lead to communication failures, and gradually become alienated from others.

So, what have we gained after learning "non-violent communication"?

Looking back, we will find that a small matter in daily life, when we learn to deal with it calmly, without subjective judgment, express our true feelings, and tell us which of our inner needs lead to such feelings, and then to When sincerely making requests or expressions to each other, the communication between the two is clear and clear, which can also bring each other closer.

So, where is the charm of non-violent communication? It lies in expressing one's emotions calmly and objectively, and striving to be "targeting things that are not right for people."

The four elements of "nonviolent communication" are: observation, feeling, need, and request.

In the workplace, how can we better use this communication method to face our colleagues or leaders?

Have it done:
1. Put the concept of non-violent communication throughout your life, and think back when you encounter communication problems.
2. Always review your own behavior for signs of violent communication, first contain it and then think about ways to improve your behavior.
3. Observe the behavior of violent communication around you, change roles and think for yourself: If I were him, how would I use the concept of non-violent communication to communicate.
4. Picking one's own unreasonable beliefs, forcing others, evading responsibility, unwilling to actively communicate, stereotypes of people (this person just can't communicate-this restricts the first step of communication), etc.
To believe:
Nonviolent communication must be effective.
Believe that knowledge can enter one's own thinking-change behavior-change habits-change the future.
Gratitude is the greatest wisdom in life; gratitude is a great virtue of human nature. With gratitude, we can feel the happiness of family and life all the time. In the world of gratitude, we will remind ourselves from time to time: the grace of dripping water will be repaid by the spring.
Let us change from now on, change from the heart.
