Rotary tablet press fully complies with GMP pharmaceutical requirements.It is a continuous automatic rotary tablet press that compresses powder and granular raw materials into tablets in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, food, laboratory and other industries.The main working process is divided into: filling; tableting;outputting.The Filling and tableting with adjustment control mechanism.
Features:
1.The equipment adopts a high-precision turntable, which can easily disassemble the upper, middle and lower molds by hand. The upper and lower molds are equipped with sealing rings to prevent oil leakage, and special tools are equipped to replace the sealing rings, which reduces the replacement time.
2.The forced feeder is designed with a double-layer impeller, which drives the double-layer impeller from bottom to top, avoiding material blockage.
3.The powder scraping device has built-in multiple springs, which can scrape powder more thoroughly.
4.Automatic control of slice weight via touchscreen.
5.Pressure sensors detect each die pressure.
6.Optional single or batch reject tablets.
