The LFP-150A series capsule polishing machine has the dual functions of capsule polishing and lifting. The entrance of the machine can be connected to any type of capsule filling machine. The outlet can be connected with the capsule sorting device and the metal inspection machine. Realize the continuous production mode of polishing, lifting, sorting and testing. Function
1. It has the dual functions of polishing and lifting the capsule, leaving a high space for connecting subsequent equipment,
2. The entrance and exit of the machine can be adjusted in a 360 degree circle, which is convenient for production and saves space.
3. The capsule sorting device can automatically sort out the capsules with slight filling, empty shell, fragments and body cap separation
4. The whole machine adopts quick-installation connection structure, which makes the disassembly and installation of the machine more convenient and faster.
5. The parts in contact with drugs are made of 316L material or materials that meet the requirements of modern drug production,
6. The brush on the main shaft is detachable for thorough cleaning, and the whole machine is cleaned without dead ends, which meets GMP requirements.
