The material enters the crusher cavity from the feeding hopper, and is thrown from the center to the crusher cavity wall by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the movable toothed plate. Finally, the fine particles are discharged from the bottom through the sieve plate, and the coarse powder is repeatedly pulverized in the machine.It is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries to crush dry brittle materials. It is a crushing equipment that integrates crushing and vacuuming.
Working principle
The unit utilizes the relative movement between the movable toothed disk and the fixed toothed disk to crush the materials through tooth impact, friction and the impact between the materials. The crushed materials will automatically enter the replenishment bag under the action of the rotating centrifugal force, and the dust will be recovered by the dust collection box through the cloth bag filtration. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard and is all made of stainless steel. There is no dust during the production process. And can improve the utilization rate of materials and reduce costs.
