The machine is a self creation under the guidance of foreign experience to overcome insufficient capacity and problems in sieving adhesive materials. The contact area between materials and sieve frame are made with stainless steel. It adapts to sieving in Pharmaceutics, foodstuff and chemicals.
Working Principle
The high-efficiency powder sieving machine is composed of a vertical vibration motor as a whole to form an oscillation system. There are eccentric excitation weights at the upper and lower ends of the motor spindle. The eccentric excitation weight at the upper end is fixed with the main shaft of the motor, and the eccentric excitation weight at the lower end can be adjusted to different phase angles (0-90°), so as to achieve the characteristics of screening different raw materials. The material is not only subjected to a large centrifugal force, but also to the force from the vertical direction, so that the material forms a compound motion and produces a good screening effect.
